• Duties & Responsibilities Oversee intake shift operation.
• Responsible for malt and grain stock movement.
• Control and monitor sorghum grain movement from the farmers to inland Silos to Isithebe Silos.
• Oversee packaging, grain, and malt inventory.
• Monitor malt milling and daily packaging.
• Dispatch monitors brewery malt stock.
• Organize transport for grain and malt.
• Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications Grade 12 Knowledge of the SAP system is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience At least 2 3 years of work experience in a FMCG environment Working knowledge of manufacturing and commercial systems Skills and competencies High integrity Effective judgment and demonstrated ability to take initiative when required Pro-active problem-solving approach Strong self-discipline Systematic, hands-on, and innovative approaches to all facets of the position Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills Be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision Great analytical skills.
• Time management and working effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedules and producing accurate results.
