  • This opportunity is for six months, with a high likelihood of extension.
  • Requirements: Expertise in: Java Development with strong proficiency in the latest versions, particularly Spring Boot.
  • Cloud Computing (AWS), including deployment and architecture best practices.
  • Microservices Architecture and design patterns.
  • Containerization & Orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Security best practices related to APIs and data privacy.
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies with a track record of promoting Agile best practices.
  • DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong command of Spring Boot and microservices.
  • Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-native applications.
  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of software security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with frontend frameworks like React.
  • js or Angular.
  • Knowledge of Node.
  • js and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Previous work in Regulatory Technology (RegTech) or Compliance-driven applications.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • English mandatory and fluency in Portuguese.
  • Location: Porto.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days/week at the office.
