- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by providing guidance, expertise, and support for the deployment and optimization of our cutting-edge security platforms.
- As part of our LATAM team, you will work remotely, focusing on customer satisfaction, adoption, and streamlined security processes.
- What You”ll Do Enable Success: Guide customers to effectively deploy and customize the Cortex XDR/XSIAM platform, ensuring rapid product adoption and value realization.
- Act as a Product Expert: Provide technical expertise, address product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, develop scripts, and conduct customer training sessions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to maximize customer success and drive feedback into product improvements.
- Create Scalable Solutions: Translate technical knowledge into user-friendly guides and articles, enabling broader customer and partner engagement.
- What We”re Looking For Proven expertise with Palo Alto Networks solutions , particularly Cortex XDR/XSIAM and firewalls.
- Scripting experience in Python , with additional familiarity in JavaScript or PowerShell considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience in security architecture , content development, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with technologies such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW , and related ecosystems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and attack surface management (preferred).
- Background as a Security Incident Responder , SOC analyst/manager , or in similar roles.
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English proficiency; additional language skills are a bonus.
