TOP POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & ESTIMATED PERCENTAGE OF TIME EACH REQUIRES: 40% Systems and Application Development and Deployment SD-related customization, debugs and error analysis. Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow 40% Testing, Documentation and Procedures Execution of unit tests, and support to users in carrying out UAT. Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.) Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms 10% Team Leadership Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team members. 10% Other job duties and projects as assigned. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (MINIMUM REQUIRED): YRS EDUCATION: 16 DEGREE: Associate’s degree required Bachelor’s degree preferred MAJOR: Computer Science, Business or related field CERTIFICATIONS: SAP SD is preferred Fluent in English.
