  • Design, develop, and operate software solutions that empower millions of healthcare staff: Work with the engineering team to conceptualize, create, and maintain state-of-the-art software solutions.
  • Work in a cross-functional team.
  • Collaborate with front-end and fullstack engineers, product designers and product managers to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product development process.
  • Write clean code that serves as an example to others.
  • Take a lead role in designing and implementing APIs, ensuring integration and communication between software components.
  • Drive continuous software improvement by proactively identifying areas for optimisation and implementing effective upgrades.
  • Conduct software testing and code reviews to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and a good user experience across platforms.
  • Create technical documentation, providing insights into backend architecture, codebase, and usage methodologies TDD.
  • Work autonomously within agile processes.

  • Understand server-side development using Node.

  • Have knowledge of RESTful API design principles and security best practices.
  • Have experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Have knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
