• , IFRS/GAAP) Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity (payments IC) Support internal and external audits, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Identify risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior management Develop and implement procedures to support and enhance the companys operational processes Experience with BS and PNL reconciliations Payroll and Tax reconciliation knowledge / experience Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus) Experience with Navision ERP systems is a plus Auditor Experience is a plus
