• G Microsoft 365) o Including application, endpoint and mobile device management – Provide escalated support & troubleshooting of VMWare Horizon VDI environment – Active Directory & Entra ID configuration, maintenance & administration – Provide 3rd line support for the Desktop environment, applications and hardware – Vulnerability & Software update management for Microsoft & 3rd party applications, OS & hardware – Manage, monitor & maintain file transfer services for internal & External clients – Desktop environment lifecycle development & automation – Proactive performance & reliability analysis, leading to continuous improvement of the Desktop environment – Collaborate with Internal & External Customers/Vendors to pro-actively obtain information regarding applications for packaging, problem solving or escalation Mandatory Skills Description: – Packaging experience with MECM/Intune – Experience and strong knowledge of Linux – PowerShell scripting – Advanced VDI Administration & Troubleshooting – Advanced Active directory administration including GPO, Intune – Good understanding of control principles – Release, Change Management, etc – Used to working to best practice methodologies such as ITIL – Microsoft Office Suite 2016/365.
