• This position will work directly with the customer located in the US and with development teams in our US, Costa Rica, and Brazil locations.
• This opportunity can be 100% remote Only hiring QAT Employees (CLT only in Brazil) Required Experience Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex systems and processes .
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis ) or a willingness to learn advanced Excel capabilities.
• Curiosity and problem-solving ability must be eager to learn and understand the business impact of specific software configurations.
• Experience in business analysis and understanding of software usability .
• Preferred Experience BS/MS in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent Experience in software configuration, troubleshooting, or consulting roles .
• Background in customer support, project management, or business analysis .
