- We are looking for a highly skilled Service Transition Manager to lead the seamless transition of IT services from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.
- In this role, you will ensure that all new or modified services meet business requirements, align with ITIL best practices, and are successfully integrated into the operational environment.
- DescriptionService Transition Manager Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, with a focus on service transition.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with:o ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);o SIAM (Service Integration and Management) principles.
- Proven experience in integration and coordination of multiple service providers in a complex, multi-supplier ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- ITIL certification (mandatory).
- SIAM certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with service management tools and software.
- Proven track record of successful service transitions in a complex IT environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.
